What do I need to do to get verified?

At times, we may need to request documents for account verification to ensure the security and integrity of our platform. We are committed to processing your verification as quickly as possible.

Here is a list of documents, we can accept for your ID and your address:

1. Proof of identity – valid, clear and undamaged:

• A valid Passport
• Driving Licence
• Provisional Licence with a Selfie holding it
• EEA (European Economic Area) national card

2. Proof of address – one of the following documents from the last 3 months:

• Bank statement
• Utility bills such as gas, electricity or water
• Local Authority Tax Bill for the current tax year

We accept electronic copies such as PDF, and high-quality JPEG photos (camera or mobile phone). Make sure the image is focused and all four corners of the documents are visible.
